I know what you are going through...

Hey there, I'm Daniela!

I am a mum of 2 and I have been there.. sleep deprived, confused and cuestioning every step of my parenting journey.


In 2014 before welcoming my first daughter, I did my best to be prepared through extensive reading, research, and video-watching on topics like routines, baby care and breastfeeding. Everything went smoothly until my second little one arrived just 16 months later.


My second daughter had a unique challenge, she would wake up every 20 minutes, it didn't matter if it was day or night. It left me exhausted, frustrated, constantly worried about her wellbeing, with endless crying and concern about waking up her sister up.


The lack of sleep together with post-partum depression had me at my wits end and honestly I was not sure I was going to make it through!


My life was also transformed - by sleep!

Until I found the help I needed and only then I knew it was not my fault, I learned how to help her welcome sleep, got better at managing my concerns and how to cater their own sleep needs without losing my mind. I finally felt heard and had someone supporting and guiding me through the process of sleep learning.


Thankfully, that was not all! I got inspired to help and support others in their sleep journey and happily enrolled in The Gentle Sleep Program© to become a Sleep Coach. I even got exclusive advanced training focused on how to gently work with babies 4 and 5 months of age, and also completed lectures on Postartumm Depression, Medical conditions, GERD and their relationship with sleep.


Through almost 10 years working with multiple families, I am confident that every child actually loves to sleep with proper information and a clear plan, sleep improvement is possible for every family!
