WHAT IS A SLEEP COACH?
Can you imagine a sports coach? Or a personal coach? We sleep coaches are something like that. I'm on the the sidelines, encouraging, supporting, guiding and helping you to succeed, to achieve your family the sleep goals.
WHY DO I NEED A SLEEP COACH?
Some surely have their kids sleeping without issues without any professional help. Some need extra support and proven methods to carry on. The months and sometimes years of sleep deprivation doesn’t let us see why what we are doing is not working. I will help you to figure out what you want and what you are able to do to help you and your child to teach him this valuable skill. CAN I GUARANTEE NO CRYING?
No I can’t, and surely no-one can guarantee that. Crying is a child’s way to communicate and if you are trying to improvise different than usual things on your child, s/he will probably protest to that. What I do is support is that the caregiver responds and stays with their child, offering verbal and physical reassurance while the child learns to put himself to sleep.
DO I NEED TO STOP BREASTFEEDING IN ORDER TO SLEEP COACH?
Definitely not! You can surprisingly have both, a good breastfeeding relationship and good sleep. To be sure we don’t compromise the breastfeeding relationship I would suggest you check with your child’s Paediatrician and/or breastfeeding consultant that your child is growing well and getting all the calories he deserves.
DO I NEED TO STOP ROOM SHARING OR BED SHARING TO SUCCESSFULLY USE SLEEP COACH?
No, you can surely continue or start to share room or bed with your child. However, I would like to make sure that you know all the safety recommendations and I will support you during the process with better sleep habits.
WHAT AGES OF CHILDREN DO YOU WORK WITH?
I can offer support from pregnancy until 6 years of age. There are differences according to the stage of development of the child and that will dictate what they are ready for.
MY CHILD HAS SPECIAL NEEDS. CAN YOU HELP?
Yes I can. The strategies and methods I could suggest and support within are gentle and considerate. For a better result and approachment I will ALWAYS suggest that you consult with your child’s paediatrician or behavioural specialist if your child is able to support the training and what conditions should be kept in mind while going through the program.
I’VE TRIED EVERYTHING I COULD, CIO, READ ALL THE SLEEP BOOKS, FOLLOWED WELL INTENTION ADVICES AND STILL NOTHING REALLY WORKS!. WHAT WOULD YOU DO DIFFERENTLY?
Every child and family is different. There is not such a thing as one size fits all, that is why what helped your neighbour won’t necessarily work for you family. I will help you create a plan of actions that fits your own family and your own parenting style, your own needs and concerns. I will be there, supporting you and guiding you along the way.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CHILD'S SLEEP TO IMPROVE?
The more patient, committed and consistent you are, the better. Reasonably an older child would probably resist more the changes than a younger one, because they’ve gotten used to your current methods for longer, an example is that they need to be rocked to fall asleep. Then, you can likely see results within 2 to three weeks and possible sooner for babies.

Yes. All the information that you will provide is to be kept confidential.

After payment is confirmed I would send you a history client form and a contract agreement. You would need to send back to me the history form at least 3 days before our consultation date.
